CW2 Michael Tyler emailed from Iraq asking for help with a WTEC III and a push button selector that didn't power up. Our trainer Shawn Klein responded with schematics and advice. CW2 Tyler wrote back, "Our schematics were not as good as the ones you sent. I do not believe we could have repaired the vehicle without your help. I truly appreciated it."
