In late August we brought our motor home to Lincoln Truck Center with a Cummins engine performance problem. In mid September the problem was finally resolved. Cummins warranty trouble shooting protocol required certain procedures and lots of time. LTC personnel were long suffering through the process. Several employees were involved and did their best. I would like to single out Bob Sturgis as an outstanding person who worked very hard at resolving the problem. He saw the repair through to the end and gave it his best, even coming in on his days off to talk to Cummins. He is to be commended. I also would like to favorably acknowledge those who assisted Bob in one way or another.
