I (We) authorize Omaha Truck Center, Inc. to make whatever credit inquiries it deems necessary in connection with this Credit Application or in the course of review or collection of any credit extended in reliance on this application and instruct any person or consumer reporting agency to compile and furnish Omaha Truck Center that it may have or obtain in response to such credit inquires and agree that such information, along with this application shall remain Omaha Truck Center property whether or not credit is extended. Should payment not be made accordingly, it is understood the amount will be subject to being placed on a CASH BASIS.
